GDPR (the new EU General Data Protection Regulation) comes into force on 25th May 2018. Are you and your business ready?
GDPR establishes new responsibilities for those handling and processing personal data and new rights for individuals across EU member states*.
The regulations impose stricter rules on the collection, storage and usage of personal data, so if you hold data on your customers, employees or other individuals, you will be affected! There will also be large fines for non-compliance!
